The Technical Architect, supported by the Spanish Building Act (LOE – Ley de Ordenación de la Edificación), performs a wide range of essential functions. These range from Site Supervision (Dirección de Ejecución de Obra) as the designated Technical Representative, to the management of various construction projects, including refurbishments, extensions, maintenance, and new construction projects.
